Facilities in the building

Are there any facilities for people with disabilities?
Wheelchair slopes are installed at all entrances.
Wheelchairs for rent are also available free of charge. Please contact the Butler Desk.
Is there a nursing room or a place where I can change diapers?
We have a nursing room next to the banquet hall on the 3rd floor of the main building.
In addition, a diaper changing table is available in the front side restroom on the 1st floor of the main building.
Is there a place where I can smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
Please use the smoking room next to the entrance of the main building.

Accommodation

What are the features of the premium floor?
It is a special floor on the 15th floor and above of the main building.
The interior has been redesigned so that you can enjoy the view of Tokyo slowly.
We also have a concierge desk and lobby dedicated to the premium floor.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
However, different times may be set separately for accommodation packages planned by the hotel or for specific groups.
What credit cards can I use?
You can use VISA / MASTER CARD / JCB / AMERICAN EXPRESS.

What kind of restaurant does the hotel have?

Each restaurant has private rooms of various sizes.
We have a banquet hall for guests who wish to have a banquet.
Is there a restaurant that can be used as a wheelchair or stroller?
Wheelchairs are available at all stores.
The height of tables and chairs varies depending on the store and seat, so please contact each store when using.
The use of strollers varies depending on the store, so please check with each store when making a reservation.
Where is the restaurant where you can eat breakfast?
A course breakfast is served at the Italian restaurant venue on the 1st floor of the main building, and a buffet is served at the banquet hall on the 2nd floor of the main building.

Wedding

Is it possible to have a wedding talk or visit the venue?
We accept consultations at any time, but we recommend that you make a reservation in advance if you want to visit efficiently. Please feel free to contact us by phone.
Do you have a plan for ceremonies and face-to-face meetings?
There are plans for a wedding ceremony and a dinner party to be held at the banquet hall or tea room.
There is also a plan to do it in a private room of the restaurant.
