Romancecars are all reserved seats. Please purchase a limited express ticket to your destination before boarding.
If you board the train without purchasing a limited express ticket, you will be charged 300 yen (1,200 yen for saloons) on top of the limited express fare on board (seats are not assigned).
Limited express tickets can be reserved and purchased at station counters, computers, mobile phones, and telephones.
