Hibiya Park
Until the end of the Edo period, it was the residence of Matsudaira Hizen no kami and others, but in the Meiji period it became an army parade ground. After that, Japan's first "Western-style modern park," which was planned, designed, and built as an "urban park," was born, and in 2013 it was the 110th anniversary of its opening. The enthusiasm of the park designer as a cultural pioneer can be seen in the large and small outdoor music halls and public halls. These facilities are still in wide use today.
In addition, colorful flowers bloom in the flower bed all year round, making it a place of relaxation for people working in the business district.
