Ueno Park

Ueno Onshi Park, which opened in 1873, was the first park in Japan to be designated as a park. The site area is approximately 538,506.96 square meters. The park is full of culture, with Kan'eiji Temple, museums, zoos, and art galleries. Known as a cherry blossom viewing spot since the Edo period, there are about 1,200 trees, and the cherry blossoms at night are also beautiful. In the summer, the Edo Hobby Summer Festival is held around Shinobazu Pond.
