Meiji Jingu
Established in 1920, Meiji Jingu enshrines Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken. It was restored after World War II. Let's go through the two large torii gates. Even in the city center, the inner garden is full of greenery and many worshipers visit throughout the year. You may even see couples getting married in kimono. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as the path is paved with pebbles.
