Kaiseki Kappo with a focus on food and local sake from Mie, the country of deliciousness. Since its opening in April 2015, it has offered a hands-on kaiseki course for tourists visiting Japan. Furthermore, in order to respond to food restrictions around the world, we are working on developing not only vegetarian but also vegan, gluten-free, and halal-friendly kaiseki.
A small Japanese restaurant with only five seats at the counter and one private room receives a constant stream of reservation inquiries from all over the world.
With the desire to convey the wonderful culture of Japanese kaiseki cuisine to tourists who come to Japan as much as possible, they offer a "Kaiseki Cuisine Experience" that explains kaiseki cuisine in English.
